Hi, I’m Beckie
I’m the founder of SHINE Brightly Well-Being. I am a former teacher, I’m trained in a range of holistic methods and I have been working in and supporting schools and families for over 25 years.
My vision as a Well-Being Consultant and Mentor is that all children are happy and confident to be themselves and have the tools they need to support their well-being, and that the adults in their lives are equipped to cultivate compassionate communities centred on well-being for all.
The SHINE Brightly Method brings together my passion for enabling adults to build responsive relationships with children based on kindness and compassion with the benefits and impact of holistic practices. I share a range of modalities to support well-being, including mindful movement, meditation, breathing and energy-balancing activities, alongside mindset practices.
This means that what I teach is useful in supporting well-being generally and also in helping users to get back to a place of calm when big feelings are overwhelming. My work has an impact as both a preventative and responsive measure, and there is something for everyone to connect with.

Family Well-Being
SHINE Brightly is my 12-week bespoke, holistic well-being programme, designed for young people aged 8-14 years and their families.
Available in person in west London and online worldwide.
The SHINE Brightly Method is designed to support families where children are:
- Finding it difficult to communicate their ideas, feelings and desires
- Struggling to express ‘big feelings’ in ways that keep everyone safe
- Need support with relationships or accessing learning opportunities
So that they:
- Are able to express their ideas, feelings and desires articulately
- Have a toolbox of resources to relieve anxiety and worries when they face challenges
- Have improved relationships and learning outcomes

School Well-Being
Conscious Educator Approach + Toolbox of Well-Being Practices = The Compassionate School Community You Always Wanted To Build.
The SHINE Brightly Method invites schools to develop flourishing communities where well-being for everyone is prioritised, so that staff stay and students soar!
Ranging from 90 minute school staff training to comprehensive whole year support, there is a package to suit the needs of your setting.
The paired approach embeds well-being practices into the fabric of your school community, creates an environment where staff and students respond with kindness and compassion, and develop trusting relationships.
